In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dog69" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the dog69 online sportsbook and casino platform, operated at the domain dog69.bio, and any associated subdomains or mirror domains.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" / "Account Holder" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by dog69.
• "Account" means the personal account registered in your name on the dog69 platform, accessed via the credentials you created during registration.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) denominated funds held within your dog69 account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses.
• "Services" means all products and features available on dog69, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Domino QQ, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification procedure, requiring the submission of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and a selfie photograph.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account as part of a dog69 promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which applies to Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan. This is the default time zone for all dog69 processing deadlines and promotional periods unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the dog69 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. dog69 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 (twenty-one) years. Evidence of age will be required during the KYC verification process.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law.
• You must not be an existing dog69 account holder who has been suspended, banned, or self-excluded from the platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for another individual for the purpose of circumventing these terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of dog69 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

dog69 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period of the request may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

The following conditions apply to the creation and maintenance of a dog69 account:

• One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on dog69. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name or different names, email addresses, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination.
• Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. dog69 relies on this information for KYC verification and payment processing. Submitting false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these terms.
• Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email address and password). Any action taken on the dog69 platform using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. dog69 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Email Verification. Registration requires verification of your email address via a confirmation link sent to the address provided. Your account is not fully active until email verification is completed.
• KYC Requirement. Withdrawals cannot be processed from any account that has not completed the KYC verification procedure. KYC requires submission of a valid Indonesian KTP and a selfie photograph. dog69 targets a KYC review turnaround of under one (1) hour during standard business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB).
• Account Security. dog69 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. dog69 is not responsible for losses resulting from phishing, credential theft, or social engineering attacks directed at the account holder.

4.1 Deposits

• All transactions on dog69 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dog69 does not impose currency conversion charges; any exchange cost incurred through your payment provider is independent of dog69.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. dog69 does not currently impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment channels may impose their own transaction caps.
• Accepted deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported channels are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Cashier page of your account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed to the source account. Any fees associated with the reversal are borne by the depositor.
• dog69 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or international wire transfer deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's own name and matching the name on the KYC-verified KTP.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. dog69 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately fifteen (15) minutes for BCA and BRI transfers during WIB banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay typically process in 5–10 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside WIB banking hours may be queued for processing on the next available banking business day. dog69 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment infrastructure of third-party banks or e-wallet providers.
• dog69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems to be at elevated risk of money laundering, fraud, or terms violation. Processing will be paused until satisfactory documentation is received.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the associated Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completion of the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

dog69 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, sportsbook cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. dog69 reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Each promotion has a published Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the specified validity window stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — defined as the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through minimal-risk betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other users — is prohibited. dog69 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
• Certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates toward the Wagering Requirement. The contribution rate for each game type is published in the individual promotion terms.

• All games on dog69 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment, depending on the game category. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified game engine of each provider.
• dog69 does not modify the payout percentages (RTPs) of any slot or RNG table game from the values certified by the provider. Published RTPs are accurate at the time of listing and are updated when provider certifications are renewed.
• In the event of a game malfunction — defined as a technical fault that causes an incomplete round or an incorrect payout — dog69 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. Void bets are reflected in the transaction history.
• Sportsbook bets once confirmed are binding. dog69 applies standard football betting rules as published in the sportsbook section. Rules for specific markets (Asian handicap, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), correct score, and others) are published within the relevant market interface.

• dog69 reserves the right to declare a bet void if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bet was placed on the basis of corrupted or clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical fault or data feed error.

dog69 is committed to responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered account holders, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the account holder at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Cooling-Off Periods. Temporary account suspension periods (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks) may be self-initiated from the account settings panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dog69. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balance:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

All content on the dog69 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, imagery, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dog69 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dog69 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dog69 platform without prior written consent from dog69.
• Game content — including graphics, audio, and software — remains the intellectual property of the respective certified game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Habanero, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming) and is licensed to dog69 for display on the platform. All such trademarks and intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.

• dog69 does not guarantee that the platform is free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices.

dog69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address an urgent security concern.

Your continued use of the dog69 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate an account closure. Any funds remaining in your account at closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding review.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dog69's international operating jurisdiction. To the extent that any dispute involves an Indonesian resident, the parties acknowledge the general application of Indonesian consumer protection principles where mandated by local law.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by dog69, in the language of the proceedings designated by the arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits dog69's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or halt the actual or threatened breach of any obligation relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, or platform security.
